I have ported to vodafone 3 months before and as I heard a lot of rumors about them that they do this that the bills and you will get a big bill dont go for postpaid card.
I went all wrong with it I did opt for vodafone and postpaid plan frist 3 mnths went very well.
But even in that idk y I was charged roaming charges as I was travelling bt in maharastra goa I had to waste my time go to the service center and sort it out they did minus the amount bt time was waste.
After 1hr wait my number came to meet that cusotmer care guys anyways after 3mnths the fuckall experience started my plan was 399 of which 100 rs was discount I should get a bill of 299 and 800min and 1gb internet 4g+ unlimited 2g.
After 3rd mnth they didnt noticed me about the plan changes and sent me a bill of 800rs I was so shocked thinking how is that possible as I knew my internet wont work I didnt use my internet at all and I checked that on vodafone app too.
Well I was charged 299 and 399 respectively 299 for 1gb intenret which I neva asked them to activate as I knew I cant pay 800 rs and 399 is okie normal bill and then again wait for couple of hrs and I meet the customer care I told them I wasnt aware of such stuff and I didnt get any notice how come u activate it on ur own and all stuff atlast he said it will be refuneded and somethng and per mb charges will be 4rs its shitt 4rs is too much for a mb anyways I didnt use internet as I had wifi at my place kept that option for backup anyways wont recommened vodafone for postpaid sim card bt its good and reliable they have good network almost everywhere we go.
