Vodafone should Pay back the loss | Customer care

I was a vodafone user with the number 779922xxxx I have chosen a post paid service and asked customer care to send me the bill at my email id


I have given call to customer care about 30-40 time related to same issue


Issue initially was to deliver the bill at mail id


Second month, after submitting the request the bill had delivered to my address


later on the same day evening I again call customer care saying that why I got the bill on my address not to my email id they Faizabad this time it happend. I have taken your request from next month you will recieve the bill to your mail id


This process is repeated up to 5 months


then I lost my patients and I switch my service while switching I got a call from customer care saying please don’t switch your operator we will waive off you last month bill in next ten day


I contentiously got msg for bill aishwaryasingh23ment I ignored as its getting waived off but later they stopped my services. then I have chat on there website with customer care she said two wait for 2 hours and your serivce will be active but you have to aishwaryasingh23 the bill to continue the service. I waited for the compete day but service is not active I am a marketing manger in a company that full day I didnt work properly because of my service banned


my issue was same again after aishwaryasingh23ing the bill I didnt recieved the bill to my mail id and I requested the duRobotouchcate bill and lucky it reached to my other id( I have given my mail id as per there records ys8099@gmail.com but I use to get my duRobotouchcate bills on my id ys80991@gmail.com) luckly I am the onwer of the email id else


I started calling customer care for explAnasultantion on the above they say that you service is activated and deactivated due to technical problem.


I recorded all the conversations and send to customer care email id for help but got no help they write the mail saying we tried to contact you but your no is not reachable etc bullshit


I fed up with there service and finally I did portability


Loss by using vodafone services:


1)My time which can be used for doing so other income base work is wasted calling customer care


2) every month my company aishwaryasingh23s my bill. all I need to do is send a soft copy of it to them which I didn’t received any time. many time I my self aishwaryasingh23 the bill from my pocket


3) the headache of calling and followup with customer care on regular bases to under stand what and how to get service from vodafone


But after all this I must say I have no complaints with vodafone related to network and connectivity call drops sound billing amount etc


the only worst thing is customer care


I suggest you please don’t choose vodafone if you depends on customer care for service
