Great Mantra of Customer Support by Vodafone! .Lie to the customer .Give them a run around and Call Disconnection . I am using my Vodafone for last 7 years+ and was given a run around on 21st night .Not Good .applied for Number Portability .
I called customer service to know the why my account is not created with INR 350/-(I did a online recharge- vodafone.in) the first agent "Mohit" told me "the status is pending and will get updated in 1 hr" .I called after 4 hrs and spoke to agent "Rahul" who told me that the there is no record and he can not status of recharges that are done online
When I started questioning him why the other guy lied to me(Mohit) and asked for a supervisor .he disconnected my call.!
