Network coverage is fine. you can find the network every where but there is call disconnect problem happen many times or call connects any where if you are in critical situation and you want to call many times there is problem in connect the call or connect any where.
customer service is fine but if you want to talk with customer service agent you will wait for 5 to 6 minutes once I hold the call for 12 minutes to talk with customer agent.
charges of call is good if you want to minimize your call rates then you will buy a rate cutter pack.
