Worst and proudy customer service

I am living at Baroda, Gujarat. I wanted to port my number from Airtel to Vodafone so that I called many time to a Vodafone executive which is engaged to our company for corporate plan of Vodafone. but even after calling 10 time to him mostly I got answer that I have no time. so I went to Vodafone store at Fatehgunj. I submitted form with required documents. I found all executives very proud and no giving proper response to any customer. I asked for receipt of submitted form, the executive replied that trust me it will be started within 3-4 days at max. then I asked for SIM card, he told me they do not have SIM card available right now so collect it tomorrow. after one day I again went there to take SIM card, but got answer , collect SIM after 2-3 days. after 3 days I collected a SIM card from him.


7 days passed, the Vodafone SIM was not activated so I called to call center and asked for status, they told that they have no data or record about your number to port so wait for some days.


After 12 day of submitting form I got call from the executive on my alternate number to whom I submitted form that porting code not working so provide porting code again. I told me just wait I am giving you. but he told him I have no time to talk to you and he cut the call. I send porting code to him within 1 min. I called him on the same number  to confirm that SMS received or not 10 times but mostly no one has received call and two time other person has received and told the person is very busy and he can not talk to you.


Next day I went there on store, I asked for my problem. now they came in attitude and said be in queue and wait for your turn. After 30min waiting in queue, he is serving new person who came later for new connection. I directly asked that what you are doing and just give status of my form. he told give you port code again you have not provided. I told him I gave you call 10 times and sent you a SMS. he told that he has not received any call or SMS. I told that I can show you in your inbox. he told that he has not time and he has many other work to do. I told you are customer executive and it is your duty to give answer. he told that go for other GSM service provided we have lots of customer and many will come.


I sent my problem in mail to vodafonecare.guj@vodafone.com. I got auto reply from vodafone. but even after 15 day I got no reply of the mail.


so ultimately I kept my current service provider.
