It’s extremely concerning that Vodafone vustomer service in Assam is extremly pathetic inspite of being the substitute service provider for other network as well.
I have recently availed a postpaid connection which is totally dull in terms of network inspite of having the tower right in front of my house, and when I approached to the customer care, they suggested me to reach nearest store and get it disconnected.
When I visit one store, they would suggest me to visit another store either or denying to disconnect the service.
I don’t know, probably it’s d irresponsibility of the service provider to take care of the same.
