Poor customer's problem solving

Last month I met with one fraud about Vodafone. I got a call from one lady regarding some nice plan. she was having my all vodafone details including my bill details. I impressed with that plan and I agree to change this plan. then there was some money have to pay to activate the plan. I ok it might be and one person come to my place collect the money gave me vodafone receipt. and few days I understood that all is fraud.


Immediately I lodge the complaint in Vodafone and I warn them to see there is some scandal by using all details and its a question of security cause my all info lick out. but surprising 1 week I continuously follow to vodafone but no result no response till after 1 month. But I didn’t pay bill I got everyday 5 calls to pay bill but when I launge complaint no reply at all. This is very shameful presence of Vodafone customer satisfaction and security. so beware of using vodafone and your security of details.
