I have been many times to your store, But noting is working out, every time they are telling problem will be resolve within 2 working days(Exc Name .Manjunath Gulbarga branch) but till now nothing is happen and its amazing being a MNC how vodafone is taking care of their customers and I am using this SIm more than 1 years I never faced this kind of problem .
My concern is clear I was using 95382444** since 1 year and the plan is 199 - 600 min without any concern they changed to 249 and now your people are asking me to pay the full amount, and I never applied for change they did it. this is unfair, now my connection is deactivated
