I am a customer of Vodafone prepaid as well as postpaid services.I am satisfied with their postpaid services but same can’t be said about vodafone prepaid.
Network, services and all other things apart my main problem with them is that they have introduced a new concept of balance, which I never heard of.They call it Primary and secondary balance.if I recharge my account with some amount, it will go to my secondary balance .I can’t buy any Top-up or any other kind of value added services using this secondary balance.To do so I would again have to pay money to vender or to vodafone and that will go to my primary balance.what the hell.
I don’t know how they explain this funda to a rural customer.I can get a nobel prize in economics by just understanding this concept.
