Vodafone is proud to announce that International Roaming is a service pre-activated in all connections and does not need any authorization of users. So if you travel to any place close to international border, please don’t carry your cell phones; as it was informed to me yesterday by "Raj"-A vodafone rep " sir agar aap international border k paas ho or international network ho waha to aapke account me charges lagenge, chahe aapka phone switched off ho ya switched on ho; aapke phone me balance ho ya na ho ya fir negative balance hi kyu na ho" so guys you must be wondering what about services? Well be informed that if you have nil balance or negative balance international roamibg charge will further take your balance into negative and to use the services you must clear those charges. Hence, in such situation it will be an imposed service on your account. Pay for it if you want to use it, if you dont need international roaming service you still have to pay for it.
