I m a loyal Customer and have 2 connections of Vodafone. 9811112400 and 9811041585( one is 13 years and the other is over 5 years.)
In the first connection, I got the highest available 3G plan for 8 Gb activated. What was informed to me when I activated this plan was that post 8GB usage it will automatically throttle to 2G, and thus there will be no extra charges.
In February I got a message stating that I had unbilled amount of Rs 29000/- . I immediately called up Vodafone Care and the representative informed me not to worry as when the actual bill will be generated it will take into account the Plan reversals and whenever I cross the 8 GB it will automatically migrate to 2 G.
When the actual bill was generated. I was shocked to see that beyond 8GB usage I have been charged.
I normally for all these years with Vodafone have never checked my bills assuming they will be correct. However, now that the anomaly was huge, it has been brought to my notice. For Jan and Feb I have been charged incorrectly for the Plan.
I have been in touch with Vodafone Care, however, they are not able to comprehend and thus resolve the abberation. Over and above threatening to disconnect my services
