I would definitly not recommend any of the cellular service providers. purely on the fact that the customer service has not been ’up to mark’. Not to mention the ’unsure’ replies of the agents whenever I call in for assistance. I have tried all the services in south india and the best I think is ’TO BE WITHOUT ONE’.
I have a corporate connection with hutch and the payment method was ECS (which I regret now). I was asked to make a post dated CHQ payment by someone from hutch who came over to my room promptly and collected the cheque. later did I understand that hutch never accepted Post dated Chq’s as a payment method. I immediatly got in touch with the CHQ collector and all he could reply in english was his SO CALLED boss will call me up from the office near DIARY CIRCLE. (who never did).
I did an online payment and provided hutch the transaction number to the agents at hutch service center and adviced them to return the CHQ. But, sly as they all are. They promptly cashed the CHQ after 10 days of instruction even thou I had issued a stop payment on it . Dont know how they did it, But they DID IT. And all my calls to the service center was in vain cause the agents were under trained to handle a simple issue like mine or their attitude was just , - ’’ don’t care a fuck’’
i dont think a ONE Man crusade will ever change the attitudes of the their service. And hutch being part of the the international brand ORANGE , should do better to serve their loyal customers.
