Well I took a postpaid connection.
- the bill I get is XXX calls made cost xxxx rs
2.XXX STD calls XXX rs
Pay till xx/xx/xxxx date.
Thats how they show the bill.
We should be grateful to THE Airtel for letting us know that we have to pay them above amount.
Have you ever been to some departmental store no they still tell us detailed bill hmm let me think yeah I got have you ever been to tea stall but..
oh I cannot find an example matching to Airtel service.
’’YOU have to pay rs 1056 for 105 calls till 12/12/2004 date.’’
its just a sample.
Lets see this way,
We are paying them the money for calls we are making and still they are not giving us any details
asking me to pay extra amount for the same.
Thats Exploitation and cheating.

Secondly I crossed my credit limit and I am due to pay the Bill on 9th of this month that is jan9 2004.
they stopped my outgoing calls ok thats fine I agree.
but to my surprise they also stopped my incoming calls.
above that they give a message saying this number doesnot exist when some one calls on my mobile.
I am paying bills in time rather 5 days before the day of payment
If you are Chennai please donot buy AIRTEL go for HUTCH trust me you will feel cheated and ##@#@^
I am not able to understand why should they say free incoming calls.
I have complained couple of times but still the problem exist they are not repsonding properly.
I am disconnecting with airtel forever THANKS TO TRAI TO KEEP OTHER COMPETITORS ALIVE
