I 2nd time, tried luck with hutch connection ( over 1 year my wounds got healed). Thinking there is always a next chance. Hutch has strong basics to loot customer in any given situation.
I bought a connection 9999880940 under corporate connection scheme, with a advance rental of Rs 1000/- for a year. What they did to fortify these 1000/- Rs.
they started sending flash SMS. You select any button on mobile it deducts Rs 3/-.
They billed Rs 3xx for these flash messages.
It’s Hutch Coorporate policy to throw these SMS whether you have opted or not.
They do not waive of this money.
have an argument, pay Rs 3XX or loose advance security.

I don’t feel like abusive language in public forum for such cheaters who are banging on Customer hard earned money. Govt should seriously think of an easy way, where companies like these should be heavy penalized. Recovery from these companies should be 1000X folds and donated to Charity institutions.
