I have ported into Vodafone some days earlier, I wanted to ported into prepaid but the customer care representative sitting over there told me to opt for postpaid connection I got into the trap and ported into the postpaid connection. It was the biggest mistake of my life that I have ported, after some days suddenly Vodafone has barred the outgoing services without any prior intimation I mean it the most annoying part of the story that how can someone restricted my usage without any information after one to two days they have barred my incoming also, then I come to know that this is happening with me.
I have talked to customer care and the customer care representative told me that number is not associated with Vodafone at all I have talked to other CCR she told me that your connection is prepaid instead of postpaid. I was shocked that what is happening with me.I Visited the Vodafone office and after a long wait I got the chance to talked to representative and he told me that you should talk to the guy who have ported your number then I again wait 20 minutes and then talked to the mam and she told me that you got a negative verification. I told him how it can be possible she showed me mail which shows that the person who visited my house met my younger brother who is studding in class 6 and he told that this not the house no that is mentioned in the proof. He nothing asked anything from me and did not even call me once and gave the negative verification which was totally wrong. actually my younger brother does not the real fact regarding the home address we gave displayed the no plate of old house at our new house just to get each and every letter business parcels at home.
I have told many times to Vodafone office that my address is same as mentioned in the proof. Today my friend went to Vodafone care center and talked to the Manager and he told me that you meet me today within 20 minutes I reached the Vodafone care center and I found that the manager told the junior that told me that he is not present in the office. How disappointing is that someone called you and told that he is not present when you reached there. Then I asked another mam sitting over there that mam can you do something she told me that yes mr shahnwaz sit... he knows my name and everything regarding my problem and not doing anything then I had a conversation with her and she told me that you just send me id proof in which your new house no is mention I have mailed the proof today. Now lets see when they will active my number after 10 days.
