Today I am talking about Vodafone Mobile Operating . I purchased a vodafone in 2014. but I seems it costly service and I decided to attend new company. Beacuse when we call their customer care they did not solve my problem and did not give me best offers.
Its network so bad in my areas . we complain many times but nobody responce our compaaints. beacuse they did not care about vodafone customer.
One day he called me like a callertune purpose. I did not any reply choosing the button.
But also he setted the callertune in my number and charged 45. rupees monthly. I complaint to customer care but he did not solve my problem. And blame me also. Billing process of vodafone not good.
