Well I m writing this review very late coz I don’t knw abt mouthshut that time.Still I wanna share my experience with Hutch Telecom (Haryana) during my college days.
Its 6’0 clock evening March 2005. I was enjoyin a tea cup at Jagadhri Bus stand (Haryana).Suddenly I saw a new poster ’’Hi ! Welcome to Haryana.Enjoy 2000 free sms and calls to local cellphones @ 99p..Hutch ’’ Wow! Thanx a lot its not delhi its haryana where such awesome schemes are so common wid cellular providers and commuters never look at these things.I rushed to a shop nearby and asked everythin whatever strucked my mind.Also took suggestions from friends and finally got a new Hutch No 9813091909.
Call rates:Very effective.Local fixed/WLL->1.99p and local cell ->99p ..superb (soon changed after 2 months).
Sms: local 2000 free...STD@2.00.(scheme changed after 3 mnths).
Network nd call quality:Nt satisfactory.
~~~~~Never ever got correct info display.
~~~~~Echo problems were never resolved.
Customer service: Absolutely rubbish..Execs dunno english (or I say Hinglish) and also whats going on ?? Once I asked abt caller tunes. CC’’Sir hmmm Yes sir !hmmmm 25 rupey katenge every moanth ! re 1 sec hold karna ! nai-nai 30 rupey katenge bhai saab !’’.When I asked abt new schemes..they don;t have information.Once I got my cell recharged @ 399..got 399 talktime free..gr8...nu scheme? CC ’’Sir ! aisa to kuch nahi hai.aapke pichle paise bach gaye honge yaad kijeye’’ ULTIMATE
Roaming: No roamin charges.but there were loads of problems in their server.Whenever I make a call or sms nothin gets deducted.And when finally I went back to Haryana I never gt correct balance. CC:’’Sir ! aapke aapka roamin par 1 sms 6 rupey ka charge hua hai ! Aapne total __ sms kiya hain, aapki calls itni hui hain....mmmmm fir bhi sir check kar lete hain ! agar aapke zyada paise katte hain to aapko refund ho jayenge’’ which never happened.
Once in 10 days got their network busy for 24 hrs.
Once in every month face problems in balance.Somtimes 10 rupees and smtimes 20-25 rupees deducts for no reason.CC’’Sir ek minute ye pata nahi kya ho raha hai ! aap line pe rahiye ’’.
One day Rs 80 got deducted for caller tune.The problem was I took time in choosin tune.When I asked they didn’t remind my problem instead misbehaved ’’re sore bat na samajh awe tere..30 rupey hi katenge ’’.Still for fun I banged on customer execs ’’what is this ??? ye kya tarika hai to cheat people u rascals tumhari ma....bhe..... ’’. After lots of fight they refunded Rs 50. (for no reason)
Schemes:Never saturated.call rates and sms rates changed soon as their market increased.99p scheme got charged @ Rs 6/week and soon after couple of months 30 Rs rental/month.Sms schemes @ 60/month rent.
I managed my hutch number for 1 year.
Never ever go for new mobile connections if the company is new to state.
And I hope these gr8 things doesn;t happened in Metros !
