I applied for prepaid to postpaid conversion (9819126724) on 28th of July 2012. The DSA of Vodafone collected the documents and Rs.150 from me and handed over a new SIM card to me. It has been five days now and the number has not been activated.
On contacting the Vodafone care service they are totally clueless and told me to get in touch with the DSA. The numbers given on systematic knowledge service ltd receipt are not working and I am left in a lurch now. I DID not contact the DSA, Vodafone sent him to my home and now Vodafone is disowning all responsibility!! I want to know what happened to my documents and money.
Vodafone care is useless and has the gall to just disconnect customer calls the moment one says I want to file a complaint.
