Closure of account

I am in the family plan where in I have 5 other friends registered in it. I told them to totally discontinue a no in July but that has not been done and again on 10-Sept 08 I gave them a written request for 4 nos to be discontinued of the service and they gave me a acknowledgement from the same. Now it is 15th of Nov and still the nos are working and they charging us for it.


I dont know what shld I do. I went also on 13 nov 08 again to tell them that the nos are still working and the customer guy assured that the nos will be deactivated in 48hrs. but the nos are still in service and I am not understanding how to go about discontinuing the service. My no still working and I dont know how to discontinue it.
