I have been using Hutch connection for more than 24 months and from day One I was on Rs 699 plan where Hutch to Hutch calls were unlimited. One fine day I get a message saying the plan is been charnged when I have never requested for any change of plan. I called them up and they took there own sweet time to respond and one fine day a gentleman was kind enough to call me on my number and he offered me a new number with the same plan which I refused because I can not change this number because I have no clue how many people have this number and I might loose very important contacts. I cant understand why they cant put me on the same plan when they can offer the same plan on a new number. Whats the point in paying these people when you dont get to choose what you want.
