I have no words to explain how painful it is to actually continue with a service provider like HUTCH only because people have you phone numbers. Initially I thought by time it would improve now that it was bought by Vodafone, but they proved me wrong. Vodafone has redefined poor service by becoming poorer and pain in A**.
Customer service sucks to a level that you wouldn’t ever want to talk about it again. I don’t get network, my call get connected to unknown people and I listen to people’s private communications. Well, to make thing worse they puch advertising SMS at you get them all the time, even when you are half asleep in midnight or sometime 6 am morning.
I’m unable to express my grief about this service provider without using abusive or offensive language, so I will stop here.
