I took a postpaid connection (Talk to All Plan 444) from Hutch, because
of low call rate offer. WIthin 5 days my calling service was
barred. When i contacted with Customer care executive, I was told
that my credit rating is negative because there is another
postpaid connection on my name. After then Hutch Executive
visited my residence & office around 5-6 times. They have
verifed & confirmed that there is no another active
number on my name. They ensured that it may have happend
because of identiy mismatch, my problem will be resolved within 24 hour.
I got a call from Hutch that you need to deposite 250 rupees to start your calling service.

deposited money twice than undue bill, My calling
service was activated for 2 hours, again it was barred. When I
contacted Customer Care executive (Name - Ravi Raj) he did
not
provided me any details, did not lodge my complain, denied to
pass the call to his manager , talked very rudely &
terminated the call without even saying thanks or any courteous words.
I tried to file a complain by every means I could have done. I did
not succeed. I called them & requested to return my money. It
has been around one month, I did not make even a single call, but I
received a bill of 500 rupees.(444 rupees monthly rental + serivce
tax). This is beauty of Hutch.
Service is lost case. Customer care is helpless. I was a
reliance customer before joining Hutch & was very happy with
service.
Untill or unless government will not cancel their licence they are not going to change.
