Vodafone doing robbery. I received an SMS on Dec 8th stating a bonus 84 would give me 30 days valid
national/international SMS free. So, I got this added to my mobile number on 12/12. Now, when I try to send SMSs today 12/31 and tomorrow 1/1/, my balance is getting deducted.
When I asked Vodafone CustCare, they say this FREE SMS facility is excluded from all bonus packs (of Free SMS) on these 2 days. In this case, this EXCLUSION should have been communicated very well at the time of launching the bonus and making the customer tempted. But NOT just before 2 -3 days. This is a ROBBERY from Vodafone.
