Customer care is trained to deceive subscribers

Customer care personnel didnot tell me correct details of data pack and kept renewing pack for 3 months even though I had asked for only one. On complaint they didn’t revert back my original data pack. So even though I paid for a data pack for the whole month I was forced to shell out money for using data pack. They also charged me for the original data pack which was not even active on my account.
