Network connectivity is pathetic. Your CS is horrifying.its always a nightmare contacting Vodafone. You give no help. I was refused service over the phone. The agent asked me to the same number I dialed before connecting to him. Whenever I contact for connectivity issue they said they would raise the complaint. Do they really do that or Blame the Escalation team, who does nothing.
I am doubtful if there is anyone out there who really help the Customers. You seriously dont do what your motto doesnt really.
I tried to book flight around 10am.I didnt get OTP. Restarted my phone and tried calling to check network all good. I tried sms it didnt work. It was now almost 30 minutes. Flight price went up.
I captured screenshots at 10.27am and then called and chatted with No help.
2 hrs now 12 30 pm but still SMS not working. I need OTP to pay to make the reservation.
I seriously now believe thier tactics of swindling their customers.
