I am a regular customer of Vodafone from past 7+ year and I was never dissatisfied with the company till 05 July 2017.
The service provider make me dissatisfied when one day they deducted 30 Rs from my account balance in a name of CLICK INDIA SUBSCRIPTION. I was totally unware of the service which gets automatically activated into my number and even there customer care person was unware that what that service means. When I asked the customer care that what that service exactly is, then they told me to go online and search for it as they was not having any knowledge about the service which was activated.
They kept on saying again and again that the service is not from Vodafone and they even kept my call on a hold for around 30 minutes and still they where not having any knowledge. At last after getting fed up I asked that personal to get my call transferred to the higher level of escalation. The person who was in escalation team directly talk to me in a rude manner and asked me to disconnect the call as they dont have updates regarding the service activated and even they do not have knowledge that what is the use of CLICK INDIA SUBSCRIPTION service.
At last when I was totally annoyed with there answers I have to disconnect the call. It was around 15 minutes from the time of call disconnection again I received the message that the CLICK INDIA SUBSCRIPTION is again reactivated even though I asked the last customer care executive to deactivate it. Finally by there rude and poor quality services I have to switch my service provider . It was my first and very last bad experience from Vodafone which makes them a loss of a valuable customer.
