I have been using Vodafone since a couple of years which have provided me quite satisfied overall service. Nobody is perfect in the world. Every operator is having some good and bad points. While I have not received any Network related issues with Vodafone. All Mobile Operators carry out periodical maintenance to their systems at the time of which one may face some inconvenience to their services. But I have not faced any major Network issues with Vodafone and hope the same will continue in future also. Vodafone is also having a good billing systems while some charges sometimes get levied which they gets reversed upon request and clarifications. But truly speaking what I have disliked a little is their Customer Service which once they did not behaved with me as politely expected by me on a particular problem raised by me. One thing I have found out is that once you switch out of their network they will be paying less attention to you and also do not expect any politeness from their Customer Service team. This is not only applicable for Vodafone but all Mobile Operators. But overall Vodafone offers good mobile service as per my own experience and I strongly recommend to anyone looking a overall good quality service.
