I am writing this review just to bring your attention to a really bad experience I am facing from Vodafone. I have 2 post paid corporate connections. Unfortunately, I couldnt pay the bill for 1 connection on time and my outgoing calls/ sms was barred yesterday. I paid the bill immediately through their website itself and got the reference ID. Then I called the customtakeouter care to inform them about the payment. I was told that the outgoing will be activated within 4 hours. This was @ 6:10 PM yesterday(19th August 2011). After this I called 6 times in an interval of couple of hours. I called through out the night. I was getting the same update from the support agents stating that there is a technical concern, they have escalated it and it will be done soon.
I made my 7th call 10 minutes back and the agent told me that it will again take another 4- 5 minutes. IO asked why. The answer was that the concerned team works from 9- 6. Then Why was I told that it will be fixed within 4 hours?
They have taken the money from me and not ready to fix the issue. At least they should give me an accurate ETA for the resolution. This experience is really ridiculous.
I am gonna share my experience with all my colleagues who has a corp connection in my company. I have heard many bad feedbacks about Vodafones customtakeouter service already.
Dear Vodafone, please start listening to your customtakeouter. And be reallyHappy to help us. Not just in advertisements.
Help me! I still cant call anyone from my phone.
