Vodafone has worked well in the Telecom feild for a long time but it doesn’t provide good support for its customers.
First of all the network quality should be good for a telecom company because it depends on network.
The network quality of Vodafone if pathetic and disgusting. Poorest network quality I’ve ever experienced in my life.
When we gotta contact customer care regarding network problem they respond like they can’t do anything, if they can’t do anything then why they are there for support and service.
The charges and billing of vofafone is overall good but what to do when network is of worst quality.
I wont recommend vodafone to anyone untill they wont improve theirselves as well as their network quality .
