I Purchased Vodafone 3 years back. I was very happy with its service. But rececently they blocked my caller id. I was not able to know who was calling me or not, it displayed only PRIVATE NUMBER. Vodafone is so bad that they not informed me what happened and what they wanted from me. I rushed to the VODAFONE office, They said that I have to submit mine photo id and adress proof.
So I submitted and they said the problem will be resolve within 4 hours. But where 4 hours I waited for 2 weeks. Nothing happened.
Again I went to office they said "be paitent It will be over. FInally after 2 months they resolved it(FOR THIS I HAD TO RUSH 10 TIMES TO OFFICE) . Finally I was happy.
But mine happiness was only for 2 days.. From that time again I was sent message to submit PHOTO ID and adress proof. Later they again blocked the C.id service. I went to the office but they said I need not to submitt it and again they repeated their same dialogue..
I am fed up now... Why is VODAFONE DOING LIKE THIS>>>>>
