How Cheap Vodafone Can Be To Get Customers

I been getting calls from Vodafone to port my number from Airtel to Vodafone. Vodafone offered me the plan of 499/- with 20% discount for lifetime where my rental will be 399/- for lifetime with 40gb data per month but later I got to know that they gave this offer only for 6 month but good that I recorded all their call recordings. Now Vodafone is telling me that they can’t give the offer as the offer is only if 6month. I personally suggest that do not trust Vodafone at all and don’t get your number port to Vodafone. They will give you false promises and later you will have to suffer.

We can understand as checked call recording rental deviation offered you for lifetime, however maximum we can able to activate for more 6 bill cycle from our end. I wish to inform you that migration from postpaid to prepaid or prepaid to postpaid can be done as per your requirement and convenience and at any time. Before migration you have to clear outstanding amount and unpaid bill(if any). Kindly share the store information where you can visit so we will keep them infomr to assist on priority basis. And follow the procedure for the prepaid conversion, •Customer Information Form(available at any of your nearest Vodafone Store / Mini store).


•Post-paid to Prepaid Migration form(available at any of your nearest Vodafone Store / Mini store).


•Address proof copy(Not more than 3 months old).


•Photo ID proof copy(Must be valid)


•1 recent passport size color photograph.


•Original documents needs to be carried for verification(Proof of Identity and Proof of Address).


•All the documents need to be self- attested.


Charges applicable are as follows:


•Recharge your prepaid account with sufficient talk time.


•Rs.29.00 for the new Vodafone prepaid SIM card.
