SHAME! - took 9 days to get a sim replaced

Worst ever service that I have experienced in my life. Emails are replied to without understanding the urgency or question. It took 9 days for Vodafone to provide a replacement sim that worked and I had to visit their store, called customer care, call my relationship manager and use influence through my admin team. Can you believe the impact on my business. What’s worst is when I wrote right to their leadership even then they couldn’t compensate for their failures. This is suppose to be leading brand.
