Vodafone is the Biggest cheater and My personal experience twice with Vodafone.

I raised ticket on 23rd Nov. 2015 and today is 27th Nov. 2015 and as per them should be resolved on 26th Nov. 2015 still in progress.What a support.Dead end support.
For the sake of attract the customer mostly who are using Post paid with other service providers. They call you and give you wrong commitment that our package will give you more benefits than your existing provider till you PORT your number to Vodafone. Once its PORT then you are helpless for three months to go back to your previous provider and they take the advantage of that. So be aware from the fraud calls from Vodafone and use worst language whenever they say do you want to PORT the number.
I was using 599 Plan with Airtel(1.5GB 3G and 800 local/STD)and they gave me wrong commitment of Rs699 pack with 2GB 3G data 2000min local/STD) and activated as per there wish Rs249(No data and free calls)Pack which is of no use for me.
I was using one more Postpaid connection of Vodafone on which they changed plan by themselves and start charging me at all the calls Rs1/min which is also indication of their game of cheating people.
They have no escalation matrix and when I spoke to their CC and asked to escalate the call to next level and he said this is the first and last escalation level and what solution this level provides is the last level.What worst than this you can expect from Vodafone the Big Cheater company.
They have only one fanda baad mai jai janta apna kaam hai Banta.
The big cheater the worst service.3G service worst, Call drop at most of the places, No good signal strength and its going to be worst day by day.The non sense organisation with big cheaters.
So be away from such a fraud company which are unprofessional trying to cheat innocent people.
