I have been using vodafone for more than four years and iam not satisfied with the network quality, customer service and tariff charges. The call quality and data quality is very low when iam travelling to rural and suburb areas. I can not use my mobile when iam staying at home and the network quality is improved only if I come outside. I have raised complaint to customer service but they just registered my complaint and no action is being taken till now. After the launch of 4g I upgraded my network but still the problem persists. In the official website of vodafone they have mentioned as sim upgrade is free but I was charged 50rs by the vodafone showroom and it took around 4 days to upgrade it. During this period my SMS service was blocked and some of the incoming calls were also blocked. I got an sms offer for rs445 recharge 1gb/data for 84 days with cash back offer when I recharge using my vodafone app but I have not received any Cash back from them even after a month till date. After I upgraded my Sim to 4g, I was charged for unwanted VAS services and games. I have not subscribed to VAS services but every time I have to send an sms to stop the VAS service activated in my number and the customer service are not returning the money for unwanted VAS charges. I would not recommend Vodafone to be used because of the network issues, not proper customer service and unwanted VAS charges activated now and then.
