STRICTLY CHECK UR BILLS BEFORE PAYING THEM. especially if ur r roaming inmumbai n Maharashtra & Goa circle.
I PORTED TO VODAFONE FROM AIRTEL, biggest mistake I did.I had confirmed their roaming like home service while porting my no. n had given my Maharashtra & Goa circle address so ti should have become my home circle.
First bill I was charged rs 285 as roaming charges with all calls under Maharashtra & Goa circle were categorized under roaming.After calling costumer care on 111 the told me to call 198, n they said to go to vodafone store and they said it will be done but u have to pay the bill first n the amount will be reverted in the next bill.
In the next bill the again charged me for roaming this time I told them I m not going to pay up.The relationship manager called up n said that they have started the roam like home service for u but u have to pay up the bill. I said to hell with ur relation till u dont revert my charges I wont pay.
They called several times for payment of bill and stopped my outgoing. Now the third bill has come with roaming charges till half the month and added late payment charges of rs 100 but not yet reverted my previous two bills roaming charges, and given me a bill of 1122 with a Rs 50 charge for itemized bill which I dont know about.
I have never paid more then 250 max for my airtel connection.
To hell with them now I m discontinuing their service. For vodafone_|’|_
Just imagine the persons who have opted for direct debit from their accts. what an a$ they are making out of themselves by trusting Vodafone.
I received a mail saying it was a notice for me as I am.not paying the bill. So I called up the number on that and spoke to a person named bridgmohan shingh. I told him the case. He agreed to deduct the roaming charges. I was happy to pay and his person came to collect the discussed amount. I told him to cancel my services stop th number. The man who came to collect the money said that I should have asked for the closer letter. imagine they themselves know this was not over yet.
I called him back and asked him to give me the same. And this was in august. Till not I have called him atleast 25 times but he hasn’t sent me the closer letter yet.
It has been so many months since I cancelled my number.But they are still billing me. Weird thing is the bill has numbers to whom I have called. Which I have no idea of as I do not even have that card now. also how can anyone make a call when their number is suspended for not paying the bill.
