I think vodafone is the only network in india that has more user that any other network user.for some this network works best for them but for some people like me has the worst experience with vodafone network.
I am saying worst experience because this network is very much succesfull in proving their tagline wrong that is ’happy to help’.they only lie to us by showing great advertisements.
A year ago, I buy a sim for myself , it take 10days for vodafone to activate my sim, then I call for customercare to verify my sim, sometimes it said busy network and seems that they were trying to neglect their customers.after 5 days of hardwork I was succesful in verifying my sim.i try to recharge my simcard but it always show recharge failed.i again called customercare but they response in the same way as before and not done a single thing to help me.so my verdict that vodafone is a average mobile network service provider.So try a different network provider.
