The worst customer care

This is the worst customer care I have ever seen in my 33 years of life.


I was only asking them to let me know a plan that will reduce my internet charges. They have deducted Rs200 in 2 days from my balance when I put the old SIM in an gprs enabled phone.


They don’t understand or communicate. Infact they put in in hold for 3 mins without knowing the problem. Again when I told them the problem they just hanged up.


I called again and asked her to connect to the supervisor, she hanged again.


Common guys you are charging for these calls. For god shake have somebody who can communicate.
