I have been using the vodafone network since 1 year and I am disappointed with its service. The network in vodafone is good at Gsm Mode. If we change our network mode to WCDMA we wil face some problems with the network on 3g mode. The worst thing in vodafone is its 2g internet the speed of the 2g internet in vodafone is worst then ever.
If we change our network to WCDMA and we try to use 3g on Vodafone it works faster but the bad thing is if someone calls us at the same time call gets disconnected automatically thats the biggest problem in the vodafone. Sometimes we face some problems with the network in vodafone while calling. Customer service is good at all, network is also good but only at 2g, So change the things as soon as possible to make us satisfy with vodafone.
