I visited thane store to change my billing plan from 499 to 199 discounted to 99. changes done in august but still I get charged 199. staff dont know how to do that extremely rude to customer like they are CEO of vodafone. this happen with my 2 other no as well.
I said I want to change my billing cycle- they dont know how to do that. floor manager Mrs. Swati so rude and pathetic to talk with her. Soon I will shift my no to other provider. because my problem is unsolved for 3 months.
