Vodafone Billing system ..... A Worst Nightmare!!!

I am using Vodafone since quite some time approx 2 years. Though there are intermittent network issues, now since billing issue has broken all the previous bad experience records, felt like mentioning the review.


Though some of friends already informed to keep a check on data usage billing, I never had such issues previously but since last approx. 6 months, every month there are additional charges for data download and limit exceed. Every month I send it for correction, few times they do, few times they don’t.


Its big pain to ask for correction every month and it seems to be left on customer care folks how they handle the request.


There are discrepancies in vodafone systems itself, one sends message that data usage limit exhausted but while checking with 199’DATA BAL’ it shows still 400 MB out of 1024 MB is left.


There is poor response from customer service on emails, they never respond to the point for the straight questions asked, they only use templates to reply and seem not to even read what has been asked.


Becoming worst experience in handling billing every month.

  1. Customer care

  2. Network

  3. Billing
