DELHI:Hutch PostPaid:CREDIT JUMPS aka JUMPING JACK

This is What I wrote on 09-June-05 (Wednesday) ...


Am Still awaiting their Seven Business Days to come


Hi HUTCH “CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT”


This, note, to PUT RIGHT under your NOSE, an issue, that has now converted to a SERIOUS Concern, sighting some GLARING instances that I HAVE HAD TO TOLERATE from your “CUSTOMER CARE’s UNCARING DEPARTMENT”.


I am taking out my valuable time to point out HOW your “Customer Service Executives” received my calls at 111.


A} I have repeatedly been stating it to all the executives at Hutch Care that for me the most convenient option of payment is through cheque & despite of it , like a rot script I am repeatedly made aware of other payment options, as my cheques get misplaced every time?


B} Now, is that my fault or a FLAW in your process, Or is it more so, because, “Its just a matter of your own convenience ’’ and not of the customer.


I have been promised a call back arranged by our relationship manager , ’ Himanshu’ but it had never happened I wanted to tell this gentleman to provide a drop box at our office site at Time Square ( Gurgaon)...NO SIGN of HIM Till Date...


C} None of your care executives understand the product they are servicing & to top it, they are always on a defensive mode rather than being empathetic with the customer , one of your executives , named ’ Indu ’ who was not able to explain me the discrepancies in my bill, even, had the audacity to tell me ’’ If I am so bugged with my service I can give my number & she went ahead explaining me the procedure how to accomplish a disconnection


D} Is that what your definition of “Customer Care” is?


E} When I called “Ruchi Bharati “, & also sent her an SMS that I wanted to speak to her & share this instance with her, she JUST IGNORED…? Neither did she NOT take my call, she didn’t even acknowledge it ?


F} To ask for a call log number is my right as a customer & each time I ask for it I am made to feel; as if I am demanding any in-house business information.


G} As if this wasn’t enough, Your Customer Care Manager, “ Ms. Vandana” as she pronounced herself to be, promised to send me an INTERIM bill 3 days ago, i.e. 06-June-05 on my mail id , I am still awaiting, her 3 DAYS TO ARRIVE?


H} And now, to add another NAIL to the HUTCH FENCE, when I have already made the payment, taken the receipt with the call log number 34386822 & confirmed the address where I made the payment, I get a collection call today? VOILA!!


Phew!! Do you READ the exasperation in my words here?


Well, you can thank your Customer CARE’s UNCARING Department (as bureaucratically and PROUDLY, Each one of them Pronounces).


So, NOW, WILL SOMEONE INTELLIGENT PLEASE ADVICE, that despite my making a payment, should I, as vehemently suggested by ’ Indu ’, give up my number & PROPOGATE the same to everyone who has a hutch connection to follow suit, as this is what, we are game for, by using YOUR DISSERVICE…?


Is this what YOUR Advertisement, “FOLLOW ME…. “Suggests?


Only get back to me if you can FIX up the problems I have pointed here.


PRAY, PLEASE SPARE ME FROM YOUR “ILLOGICAL PARROT SCRIPTS”.
