It has been 2 weeks and still my number has not been converted to postpaid. Called the Vodafone call center multiple times.
Hardly anyone is knowledgeable there in their own field. All they know is to transfer calls and also disconnect if they don’t get the doubt. I am using Vodafone for 9-10 years now since it was orange. Only good thing is their network coverage. Rest everything is bullshit. Visited Vodafone store in mulund 4-5 times by now and still I am not getting any help from their side aswell. I have been hearing that it will be done is 4 hrs, 24 hrs, 48 hrs, 30 mins and so on nothing happens. You definitely can’t rely on Vodafone.
