This, below is a snapshot of what I felt after hearing the CEO SPEAK on Radio-Mirchi:
Hi Mr.Mukherji,
I have followed what has been doing rounds in the mails rather closely and would like to share with you my suggestion, however unwelcome they might be. First of all do you have any openings in Hutch?
No, I didn’t intend any puns for itd mean I am trying to imply Hutch as a company (one big opening), what I mean is any job opportunities at Hutch.
As, disbelieved as I was saying this, following are the reasons for it:
1.) You are the best in Class...
2.) Your employees have a never say die attitude...
3.) Your company rewards people who follow the ideology of their Company...
Before you misunderstand me, let me elucidate the above:
1.) you are the best in Class. In driving customers out. For, in Heavens sake, how else can u explain the callousness towards a customer, who has been with a company for SUCH a long time...So much so that when an upset Customer calls, instead of trying to pacify him/her, help him/her in the current situation, apologise for any inconvenience, your people will gaily start explaining the procedure to close the services! Hence, if there is a one who is championing the cause of driving customers out-Hutch is the best in class(and probably, Best in ALL classes, unless, of course if Hutch has a sister concern!!! )
Points (2) and (3) are just extensions of the above as:
2.) Your employees have a never say die attitude...to drive customers crazy , so much so that they repent why Customers took the connection in the first case.. Your employees also seem take to take the ownership upon themselves to evaluate themselves daily-on how many customers they have driven out...and probably feel happy about it!
3.) Your company rewards people who follow the ideology of their Company...drive the stupid customers out...They don’t believe in the old sense of Customer being the King, they seem to sincerely believe THEY are the kings and everyone else, customers included, are nothing but a trashy lot...But if there are so many screwed heads together-what place is it? My suggestion: call it Hutchland, and I will also give you a catch line for it: Hutchland, where all your dreams are turned into nightmares. Send all your enemies here, itll be the happiest decision of Ur life...
In all earnestness, though, sir, I think, you should look at why are there so many people pointing at the same direction? There ought to be no smoke without any fire? Please try and take this as an honest feedback that intends to help you improve the current dismal state of affairs at Hutch... With all due reverence to my guruji (dronacharya).
Regards Kinny
