My experience with Vodafone:
I wished to buy a new number with corporate plan of Times of India, called representative
And now PAIN STARTS
1.Representative which didn’t responded till four days and on fifth day he suddenly emerges.
2.I gave him my office ID card and pan card as document but he asked for more, so I told him I would what’s app him and he would have them till next morning, but representative messages me after 11:30P.M. At night for docs .All this happened on 8-07-2015.Being a female I would really like to question is this ethical, when It was promised till morning?. Is vodafone really so keen for the customer that they would collect documents till late night to activate the numbers.?
3.After all the documents were being shared next day in the morning Number didn’t started till 14-07-2015.
When called again to representative after that number started on 15 -07-2015 WITH WELCOME CALL WITH ALL VERIFICATION.
If number was to be activated so late why was he so keen for the documents in late night
4.Suddenly on 21-07-2015 outgoing bards when enquired came to know verification was not successful.(How come the number started before verification)And I have already told the representative, we are working couple no one would be found at home so please make verification at my office address or if u go for rented house address do go to owner but not one verified at office and when asked from owner no one came upto them for verification.
5.Again I called your representative to how to sort out. He asked me to write him “Please don’t bard my number”. I said why didn’t u complete the verification . Then he replied OK then you can Stop using Vodafone number and disconnected.
Question: Representative himself asks the customer to not to use the service is this the way Vodafone serves the corporate customers?
