I was provided a corporate account of this Hutch service in Chennai by my company. The service by the call center support is very bad. There has been a lot of compliants in our office.


We had actually reported a lost sim card and de-activation of the account until a new sim card was issued. The call center person informed that he has de-activated the account and asked us to send a mail from our office to the corp. But even after 10 days we had not received a replacement sim card.


On again calling the Helpline, to our greatest shock we were informed that no compliant was launched and the sim was not blocked yet as they had not received any compliant either on the Helpline or by mail. It was very tough time to get the sim card and we had learnt a lesson that every time we would call the helpline for any issue, We should compulsorily get the Compliant reference number. When we ask the first time they will never give us the compliant number.


Only after repeated compulsion to provide the reference number they would provide that.
