Further to our telephonic conversation spread over the last two days, I wish to document and invite your attention to the following ... Again :
1)I have been repeatedly requesting your organisation to furnish me a reason for the problems faced by me while using your own/ your partner network.
2)A complaint to this effect had been filed by me with 200 on the 9th Jan.05, Complaint - registered by Ms Tanushree
3)The last someone from your organisation spoke to me in this connection was after 3/4 days of my filing this complaint.This call was from Ms.taruna of your organisation.
4)Ms.Taruna promised me that the complaint was being attended to and a reply will be forthcoming within the next seven days.
5)I did not hear from your organisation till last week and was forced to call up 200 again to check the status of my complaint.
6)Ms.taruna was again put on line and she could not offer any reason for sleeping over my complaint for so many weeks and promised to check up this matter immediately with the concerned deptt.and revert with an answer....now within the next 2 days, having no option, I agreed to wait for 2 more days.
7)Ms.Taruna did call me 2 days later and on my insisting that a reply may please be sent to me in writing, she did promise to do so the same day as was done by her.
8)The reply did not address my complaint in totality and was wrongly constituted to carry a meaning different from my complaint.
9)I sent out a reply the same day to HutchCare voicing my concern.
10)As no reply was forthcoming from your organisation, I again called up 200 and this time was put thru to Ms.Sangeet...she demanded 2 hrs more to look into the matter.
11)Ms.sangeeta did call me as promised and stuck to your companys stand that the previous reply was correct.Since I did question her on the fact that not everything mentioned in my complaint was replied to, she suggested that in this case I should call your Legal Head and he would sort out the matter with me once for all.To me this sounded as a plain THREAT....(agree to our views or we go after you legally)
12)Madam, as a client, I feel that in case of any disagreements between us, it should be the endeavour of your company to call the client and offer a satisfactory reply, and not the other way round ?
13)Ms.sangeeta promised me that your Legal Head and also the Manager Networking will call me to explain the position of your organisation.
14)The next call was from you on the 23rd Feb.You again promised to look into this matter and get back to me.
15)As I was pre-occupied when you called me, I suggested that you may please call me again after 45 minutes, which you willingly agreed to do.this was on the 23rd Feb at around 1300 hrs local time. 16)Till this morning (24th Feb) you did not CARE to call me and I had no option but to call you.
17)Our conversation did not reach anywhere as you stuck to your companys old stand, but you did agree that the following was documented with your organisation : A.I faced this problem in Jodhpur B.I also faced this problem at New Delhi on the same day C.You did have the information that this number was being dialed from the Phone Book of my Hand set.
18)In the light of your organisation already having the above information, your reply sent to me via e.mail is completely incorrect in nature and content.
19)I have chosen Hutch as my principal Mobile phone contractor.In case Your ( hutchs) Sub Contracter is deficient in providing service, the responsibility of such acts of omission falls categorically on hutch and at no time can the client (me) be penalised for the same....as is suggestive in your e.mail.
20)In your e.mail you have mentioned that there can be various reasons for the problems faced by me. Pray, PLEASE ENLIGHTEN me what else can lead to this.
21)During our conversation, I did ask you the name and contact of your CEO for my records. At first you mentioned his name as Mr.Banerjee and later changed it to Mr.Mukerjee? Which one is correct I am still not sure. I hope it is Mr. Mukerji; ELSE my mails will land up on the wrong table.
22)You mentioned to me that in case a further written communication explaining all facts was required by me, the same could only be sent after the prior approval of your Legal department and under the circumstances I should address my complaint to your CEO...infact you were quite categoric regarding same.
23)Madam, as an individual, I am within my rights to have the option to write or not to write to anyone. I cannot be dictated by you or your company in this matter, as has been unsuccessfully tried by you.
24)You did promise that your Head of Legal Affairs will call me within 90 minutes and advise the position of your company in regard to my complaint.
25)It is now more than 3 hours since we had this conversation and no call has been forth coming, yet..?
26)I have been forced to write this long email to document the sequence of events, hoping that someone in your CARE Deptt. will wake up to the fact that the issue in question has now been pending with you since the 9th Jan.05...nearly 45 days and send me an appropriate reply per return
By The Way Ms Tripti, what is ur Companys Standard TAT? 7 days or 7 weeks? Or ....SAAT JANAM LENE PADHENGE...

I spoke to a VET the other day n he TOLD me that all PUGS are born with a tail .... it is only a few days later that the TAIL IS CLIPPED....
Kuch SAMJHE ?? JAB ANTENNA HI KAAT DIYA, TO CONNECTION KAISE HOGA ?? I do agree that our Hutch Dons wudve thought that ANTENNA KISI AUR KO KEHTE HAI ....!!
