Hi, Hutch provided good service before, but not now, a lot of network congestion and if a person tries our mobile, he will get not reacheable and an sms comes for missed call alert. for which they charge Rs.2 for every sms and this sms comes frequent. By this we understand that they make customers fools and create money for them. So, totally we are fed up with Hutch network in chennai, and to say the sms even doesn’t goes in nights. They give a talk time of Rs.175 for a Rs.331 coupon for which they get a daily rental of Rs.2 which adds up to Rs.62 or 60 a month and the real talk time is Rs. 115, for Rs.330. So, pl consider and go for a hutch connection. We have a corporate hutch connection and the billing disputes was not there and recently we find that hutch earns more and make our earnings lesser.
