I have using Vodafone SIM card from 2 years. It is GSM network type SIM card.
So customer care services called me and told me that if I would upgrade my SIM card to 4G supernet then I would get 2GB free data for two months. All this happened in Feb 2017.
Since I already had data pack so didnt upgraded it. After a month my data pack expired. Still they were sending me messages about that offer very frequently.
Next day I received a message for the same. So I went to Vodafone store and asked them to upgrade my SIM to 4G network. I asked them about that offer they said that there is no such offer exist. I showed them the message they said that I should call to the call centre.
I called the call centre they said that that offer was expired very long back. Then I asked why those messages were send to me. Actually they had no answer but somehow they were trying to give me reasons.
So I think they should stick to their promises. And they should stop fooling their own customers.
