I have a vodafone post paid connection in my mobile, and I have been using it since 2 years, but now I am thinking to port it to another network, the reason behind that is their 4g network speed, they call it supernet 4G but it feeling like 2G. I have complained it several times to their customer care and even on there vodafone app where they have a option chat to their executive. I have told him one week ago about my problem and he has ensured me that this problem will be rectified with 48 hours and after lodging complaint I receive a message that your complaint has been rectified but, I am still facing same problem.
I have enabled the network speedometer in my mobile which shows the current speed of the net you are using, and even at this time when I am writing this review it is showing 26 kbps, it takes lot of time to load any apps, and I am really feel bad when my friends use their mobile at better speed of net.
I think vodafone does not have good technical/engineers who can look into these issue that we are facing everyday.
Disappointed.
