I’ll be sharing my honest review with the Vodafone 4G service provider.
Vodafone is one of the largest service providers in India and millions and millions of people are using them.
So looking at the position, I ported my number from Reliance to Vodafone and it’s over 4 years now. During the initial time, the network services were good. But now I am facing network issue at my home, so I have to walk on the street to take my phone calls. Whenever I call the customer service, the reply is our team is currently working on it we will fix it. But it has not been fixed yet. The supernet 4G doesn’t work in train at all, not even what’s app message is sent, YouTube videos are far away. Especially when the train crosses Bandra station and till it reaches Mahim station there is a drop in the network services. The internet doesn’t work, calls and messages are not received. Feed up now thinking of changing the service provider.
